In the New Testament book of Matthew we read a story about an expert that asked Jesus, “Teacher, which is the most important command in the law of Moses?” To which Jesus replied, “You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. A second is equally important: Love your neighbor as yourself. The entire law and all the demands of the prophets are based on these two commandments.”
At Saltwater Vineyard, we love getting to know the amazing people that are our neighbors. We love the teachers, small business owners, parents, coaches, grandparents, contractors, government officials and children, just to name a few, who live around us. We believe that each of our neighbors is unique and loved by God. Many of us moved to the Saco Bay area intentionally to be a part of this network of people and their rhythms of life around the saltwater. We look forward to engaging with the community through events, celebrations, and community initiatives.
